Production Manager

Are you a hands-on manager/supervisor, who can take responsibility for the technical management and control of industrial production, warehouse and a despatch team? Responsibilities of the job include: Planning and organising production schedules, determining quality control standards, ensuring H&S regulations are met, and organising relevant training sessions for staff. You will also be organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment. The successful candidate will be organised and efficient, with a hands-on approach to problem solving. They will have excellent communication skills, be able to work with confidence, demonstrate technical ability and project management skills, as well as having good IT and numerical skills, and be able to work under pressure to ensure deadlines are met. The role will typically cover 8.30am - 5pm, but as the production runs 7am-6pm some flexibility may be required.
