•Managing all aspects of the day to day running of the branch
• Establishing, maintaining and growing relationships with staff, customers and suppliers
• Insuring company policy is followed correctly and implementing new policies to increase business
• Identifying then addressing staff training and development needs
• Quoting to maximise profit and win new business
• Buying - keeping up to date with new products and changing suppliers, getting the best price possible for new stock
• Stock control
• Organising staff rotas/holidays/temporary staff.
