A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a local candidate to join a growing manufacturing company in Swindon.
My client is looking for skilled Maintenance Engineers to join them on a permanent basis and is keen to see candidates from both a Junior/Trainee level as well as skilled and experienced Engineers.
Requirements:
- Background and experience within a Production/Production line environment (e.g. Conveyor Systems, Packaging, Bakery etc.)
- Experience within a similar role
- Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatics and Hydraulic knowledge (all not essential)
- Willingness to learn and progress within company
- Able to be flexible
Beneficial (not essential)
- Qualifications within a relevant discipline
- Background within the packaging industry
- PLC knowledge
This position is on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern and will include both days and nights. The working hours are 7 - 7.
The hourly rate for this role can vary depending on skill level and experience but can be between GBP9 - GBP15 per hour and up to GBP18 per hour on nights.
Training will be provided if needed and the company are looking for candidates who are keen to progress and expand their skill set.
