Graduate Trainee Field Service Engineer
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Trainee Field Service Engineer to work within a rapidly expanding scientific instrument company. This growing company is looking for motivated and ambitious person to join them on a permanent basis.
As a Trainee Field Service Engineer you will perform mechanical testing and validations on a range of scientific instruments. Additionally you will offer front line breakdown support and repairs to customers across the UK and perform these in a professional, safe and timely manner.
Responsibilities
-To perform maintenance and repair at client sites across the UK
-To assist in the installation, qualification and validation of new equipment
-To assist in the preparation and execution of company training courses
-To handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising the quality of each individual task
Qualifications and Experience
-A full, clean, valid UK driving license.
-Educated to A-Level in a scientifically related field.
-Experience of working in an analytical laboratory environment.
-Knowledge of one of the following analytical techniques: HPLC, GC, Dissolution, UV Spectroscopy, TLC (Desirable)
-Completed a scientific degree-level program (Desirable)
