Salary - flexible - (circa ??40k)

We are urgently looking for a Procurement and Facilities Manager to join our client based in Midsomer Norton. The role will be busy and varied and will require an experienced manager who can multitask as you will be overseeing several departments including Facilities, Procurement and Fleet.

Main responsibilities of the role include:

Procurement:

* Responsibility for the purchasing and hire of electrical and mechanical equipment for projects within the water and waste industry.
* Responsible for managing and meeting all procurement processes across the business
* Responsible for Store department and deliveries
* Line management of Procurement Team.

Fleet:

* Management of the company fleet to ensure efficient service delivery
* Ensure all relevant Fleet Health and Safety procedures and regulations are complied with at all times.
* Ensure that the vehicles are maintained properly, including the inspection of vehicles at the appropriate time and that there is an up-to-date scheduled maintenance planner.
* Ensure systems and processes are fit for purpose and can deliver business requirements.

IT (optional based on experience):

* The current structure within the business is an outsourced IT provider and one front-line IT Support Trainee. This role will be responsible for maintaining the existing relationship with the outsourced provider as well as the management of the front-line Trainee.
