Enthusiastic fitness course sales advisors required for rapidly expanding training business

The Role

Reporting to the Commercial Sales Manager, the Contact / Call Centre Sales Course Advisor will promote and sell a portfolio of fitness courses to individuals, matching them to the right training, the right courses and the right options - helping them to choose the best qualifications to achieve their career goals. You will be trained in the company's products and services to assist potential customers with their decisions with a view to signing them up to courses.

Responsibilities include outbound calls to individuals who have made enquiries regarding Fitness Courses, promoting product benefits, identifying those which suit the customer best and maximising potential to upsell services.

The Candidate

The successful Contact / Call Centre Sales Course Advisor will have previous sales / telesales or direct selling experience, preferably with knowledge of the fitness industry. With excellent communication skills and telephone manner, you will be a self-starter who thrives on the challenge of achieving your own targets and providing first class customer service.
