New opportunity not to be missed! Norton Way Group has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Enquiries Manager to join the team in Chiswick, London. Joining us on a full time permanent basis, you will receive a salary of £25,000 with OTE of £40,000 - £50,000 pa (Commission tiered & uncapped – based on appointments made and units sold). Hours of work are 40 per week - Monday to Friday.

We currently have a new opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated and target driven Digital Enquiries Manager to join our industry leading sales team. The purpose of this role is to qualify all online customers, appoint and allocate to a member of the sales team. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver customer excellence whilst achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities of the Digital Enquiries Manager

- Responsible for all Electronic customer enquiries, website, emails, Live Chat, Car Wow etc

- Market and actively book appointments to ensure that targets are achieved

- Prospect all customers from the Group’s databases visiting for service repairs, Key 2 Key Finance renewals, and customers due for renewal on the change cycle

- Re prospecting of Sales customers for GAP, Paint Protection, Service Plans etc

- Daily monitoring of Sales 0843 Calls for training and monitoring purposes

Experience required by the Digital Enquiries Manager

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

- The ability to listen, understand and interpret customer needs

- Proficient IT skills
