Position for customer service manager
An individual/s who have a good knowledge of the motor industry and have a customer facing background in retail or service management.
Must be able to deal with a busy tyre and mechanical fast fit retail site with multiple inquiries and a fast paced workshop environment.
Responsibilities to include:
Management of staff, providing accurate quotations for work to be carried out, managing both retail and account customers, to maintain a high quality of service and customer care and to ensure a positive experience to all customers.
Wage dependant on experience, 2 positions available for immediate start, multiple locations throughout the south west.
Positions available for managers and assistant managers.
