As a Maples Support Worker or Support Assistant you will be working as part of an innovative and compassionate team responsible for enabling people with various support needs progress towards recovery, wellbeing and independence, through the utilisation of creative, flexible, and outcomes-driven support planning and delivery techniques. 

We have a range of roles available, from entry level positions designed to enable individuals with a passion to support others gain the experience necessary to forge a career within a diverse and rewarding community, to those who feel they are ready to take the next step in their career progression and take on a new challenge. Working with us will provide invaluable experience of working within the mental health field, and will offer you first-hand experience in working alongside Forensic Services, Community Psychiatric Nurses, Psychiatrists, Psychologists and Social Services which will greatly improve your understanding of what can help service users succeed within a community setting.

  • Able to undertake evening and weekend work, as well as core hours
  • A driver or cyclist and have access to transport.
