GBP26,000 to GBP28,000 per annum

CMD Recruitment Ltd are delighted to be supporting a leading National Training provider in their recruitment of a Quality Monitoring Coordinator to effectively implement and deliver a quality monitoring process.

About the role:

You will build strong working relationships with partners and carry out quality monitoring activity on a regular basis. You will produce regular reports on each subcontractor and partner identifying strengths, improvements and through a supportive collaborative approach you will drive performance in relation to ILE's delivery standards, the SFA funding rules, contract requirements and external quality criteria e.g.: Ofsted & Matrix. In addition, you will collate and analyse learner and employer evaluations for sub-contractor and partner provision and monitor learner profiles, quality and achievement data for all partners.

Acting as a QA within the Quality and Curriculum Team, you will provide Quality Assurance across all ESF provisions contributing to timely achievement and overall contract success. You will advise, teach, assess and support tutors to achieve their learners in a timely manner with a high level of quality, this includes liaising with the learner's, tutors, and Managers working on the ESF contracted provision.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

The essential requirements for this role are:

- Verifiers Qualification (D34/V1/TAQA L4 or equivalent)
- Minimum Level 3 Teaching Qualification
- Functional Skills Level 2 (English, Mathematics & ICT)
- Proven IQA skills and experience
- Knowledge and experience of a range of qualification, accredited and non-accredited development and delivery
- Knowledge of the relevant qualification assessment strategies and best practice in teaching and learning along with the ability to provide the appropriate advice, guidance and support in line with improving practice
- Knowledge of all aspects of the learner journey
- Ability to read and interpret financial reports
- High quality report writing skills

Desirable:

- Level 4 or above Teaching Qualification
- Previous Management of Partnership Provision
