A global technology business whose UK head office is based in Basingstoke is looking for a French speaking Sales Support Executive.
Responsibilities include: -
-Being the first point of contact for customers for all sales enquiries from order through to final delivery using the ERP system to track orders.
-Scheduling and processing shipments and deliveries
-Dealing with Freight Forwarders o ensure customs and other documentation complete and correct.
-Supporting the Sales Manager to help them optimise sales and to provide a consistently high level of customer service.
The successful candidate will be fluent in French and ideally have strong IT skills with knowledge of CRM and ERP systems together with a background supporting sales and an understanding of logistics.
