Streetworks coordinator required to start ASAP on a long term, part time role in Workington
Work Information
- 3 days per week / 22.5 hours per week - Flexibility in regards to days
- GBP9.42 PAYE
- Starting ASAP
- Working within a team environment in a highway related service department
Job Description
- Coordination of works in relation to operatives and technicians
- Planning and organising work programmes to meet given deadlines
- Arrange and issue permits relating to any activities undertaken by external parties
- Attend meetings & take minutes
- Administration work - use of ETON systems
- Deal with enquiries and complaints - producing letters and reports in regards to this
- Liase with both stakeholders, external parties and technicians assigned to the jobs
Desired Background / Experience
- Experience working within a similar environment
- Previous experience working in a customer facing role
- Understanding the local legislation in regards to highways works
- Ability to work to deadlines & prioritise workloads
- Ability to draft letters and formal reports
