Our client is a UK market leading commercial cleaning service which has been established for over 30 years. The company prides itself on company retention and are well known for the quality of staff and high standards which they work too.

Job role
The job role will involve:
* Managing a small team of ground maintenance operatives and sub-contractors.
* Ensuring that the maintenance site and external grounds are maintained to a high standard.
* Delegating both planned preventative maintenance and reactive to the team.
* Managing the KPI's and reporting this to the senior team.
* Ensuring that Health and Safety is complied with and all staff adheres to this.
* Managing and maintaining the stock levels, ensure assets are used and stored accordingly
* Managing costs and working within the budgets provided

The successful candidate
The successful candidate MUST have the following:
* Previous experience of managing a team - Essential
* Previous background within grounds maintenance - Essential
* Proven track record of managing the grounds on a large static site - Essential
* Previously of worked for a commercial cleaning services company - Essential
