Salary
- Permanent - GBP60,000 - GBP65,000 basic + Car
- Contract / Freelance - GBP350 - GBP400 per day

Role Description
My client is seeking a Design and Build Manager / Senior Design and Build Co-ordinator to look after a large new build development in Leeds. The project is building over 100 apartments on a new riverside development over the next 2 years.
Working directly for the developer that is also building and selling the apartments you main focus with be keeping the consultancy and sub contractors technically on track. As you will be both the developer and main contractor on site the internal communication between the management team will be key as well as the external consultancies and sub contractors.
Handling any design issues from the ground work, utilities, build, facades, interior etc Taking the lead role in arranging meeting with the designers to ensure the project is built to the correct specification. Updating the project team as the project progresses with any design changes or cost incurred with the changes.
Required Experience
The successful candidates will be ideally be educated to degree standard. You need to have experience in either Construction/Architectural Design management/co-ordinator to be suitable for this role.
Having managed at least one project from start to finish, working on a new build project in a Design and Build Co-ordinator / Manager Position.
