The RoleSupporting management and as part of an outgoing team, you would play a key role in the smooth running of the Crawley shop, ensuring that all customers receive great products and a friendly service at all times. Key responsibilities will include opening and closing, stock counting, cashing up, food preparation, keeping an eye on every detail that goes into the shop's efficient operation as well as ensuring that it is clean, hygienic and welcoming at all times.The CandidateSupervisors or team leaders with key-holder responsibility - ideally with food production or retail experience - would be ideal. You will need strong numeracy skills, basic computer literacy and a flexible approach to working hours.
