We're looking for a bright spark with initiative, drive and charisma to help us achieve the next stage of business growth. We need someone who can think on their feet and close the deal. We develop, design and deliver awesome events for some pretty big brands and you could be the person we're looking for. Here's what's on offer: A minimum of GBP50k a year with the potential to earn at least another GBP50k in bonuses,At least 20 days off a year (you'll get Christmas and New Year off for free too),The chance to work with the likes of Mercedes, Virgin Media and PwC to name a few.In year two, and depending on performance, the boss will offer you a profit share in the business so you could afford to buy some of those things on your wish list.You'll get to work with one of the most supportive teams about,Plus you'll hold the title 'Head of Sales'. To earn these fine rewards, here's what we're expecting in exchange: A natural sales person and someone who gets the very best out of people.An enthusiastic and opportunistic outlook but not pushy.Someone who will smash their targets each month bringing in new leads, converting leads into clients and working out how else we can help these clients to buy more experiences from us.By the way - we don't mind what you have sold before, we just want to know that you're exceptional at it, we can teach you all about our sector.We're expecting you, the work you do and how you present yourself, to be as professional as the services we provide; this instils confidence in our customers and sets us apart from the competition.We'll need you in our main office, in Milton Keynes, a couple of days a week and somewhere with an excellent wifi connection and phone signal the other days.You'll work when you're getting the best results. Usually that's 9:00am to 5:30pm. About 40 hours a week. This is a great opportunity for anyone with some strong sales experience (we think that four years should be a minimum) and an appetite to succeed (we mean you're hungry for the next sale and can see opportunities a mile off) Keen to know more?
