Are you a experienced Recruitment Consultant who wants to be a manager inside the next 6 months?
We will support you with a few initial accounts as a kicker, actively develop you to become a manager and be part of one of the fastest growing and most established recruitment consultancies in the city
Rise Technical Recruitment specialise in Engineering and Technical Recruitment and employ over 80 people, but have the goal of growing to 120 by the end of 2017. We are broken into 5 Regions covering the UK, but all are based from our one office in Bristol. The region where this vacancy exists last year was the 2nd most profitable, but has a young team and the Regional Manager wants a person who can come through and take the number 2 spot as there are no other managers in that region as it stands
The role involves coming through as a billing Senior Recruitment Consultant where we pay 20-30% uncapped commission and will actively develop you into becoming a manager in the near future. The Regions set up that under the Regional Manager are 2x Principal Consultants, 1x Senior Consultant and several Consultants. The Principals/Senior Consultants aren't looking to go the managerial route, opening the door to an ambitious individual to come and grab the opportunity

The Role:
*Senior Recruitment Consultant
*Billing role where you will be actively developed into a Manager in 6 months
*Monday to Friday - 07:45am - 7:30pm
The Person:
*Experienced Recruitment Consultant, Senior Consultant or Assistant Manager
*2 years Recruitment Experience minimum
*Any Recruitment sector background considered
