.NET/SQL (C# or VB) DeveloperExeter paying up to GBP42k

Expert knowledge: .NET development within a commercial environment (in either C# or VB)/SQL Server experience/Solid experience of ASP.NET MVC/Knowledge of RDBMS/JavaScript experience

We need an enthusiastic .NET Developer to join our dynamic and expanding software house. You will be working on bespoke software so will need to embrace our fast paced and varied environment. You will be paired with an experienced mentor and be supported and encouraged to professionally develop.

As a .Net/SQL developer you will be working on a range of client projects, taking responsibility at all stages, from working with customers to design a solution through to hands on C# or VB .NET development and unit testing.

Desirable knowledge:

  • Azure
  • Xamarin
  • Salesforce
  • Power BI
  • Knowledge of SSRS and SSIS
  • PHP, C++, Delphi, BizTalk or SharePoint
  • Experience with UI/UX development or design

Skills and personal development:

  • You will be an excellent trouble-shooter, debugger and critical thinker
  • Have great communication skills, be organised to demonstrate the ability to multi-task
  • Be great at building relationships and a good team player
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of software product design and development, including keeping up to date with new development languages and design methodologies
  • Take responsibility and show initiative in areas of own professional development and learning

Package:

Salary for this role is up to GBP42k depending on experience, plus our excellent benefits package which includes flexible/home working, training budget, paid over time when authorised, company bonus scheme and loyalty bonus options to increase your benefits package in the long term.
