Lead Web Developer

One of Scotland's biggest names in Finance have an opening for a Lead Web Developer (Sitecore CMS) to join their office in Edinburgh (can also be based in Aberdeen). The role will involve delivering web applications and content for company websites. The successful candidate will help enhance and maintain existing code, acting as a hands-on technical lead. You will have the autonomy to define, implement, deploy and test web projects while managing others from inception to completion. You should also be comfortable enhancing architecture to support mobile browsers with content in multiple languages.

Skills and experience should include most of the following:

• MS Stack technology expertise
• Sitecore CMS implementation
• Good understanding of responsive design
• CSS Frameworks (Boostrap, Foundation)
• Javascript Frameworks (Angular, Backbone, Ember)
• In depth knowledge of developments in and new trends in technology

A degree in a relevant subject would put candidates at an advantage but is not a pre-requisite for this position.
