Generalist HR Consultant Home/Client Based (ideally within the North Bristol / Gloucestershire area) c??30,000 - ??40,000 DOE pro rata (28 - 40 hours per week with at least 2 full days) Initially 6 months with a view to permanent appointment Are you a forward thinking, chartered MCIPD HR generalist, with a natural flair and enthusiasm for recruitment projects too? Do you think outside of the box and challenge traditional working practices to deliver the best commercial results? On top of this, are you a self starter, excellent communicator and strong team player with the drive and dedication to consistently exceed client's expectations? So, if you are MCPID chartered with a background in a busy HR generalist role and have a full driving licence, then our client would love to hear from you. Our client is looking for the best candidate and therefore can be flexible around the hours needed, although they anticipate that they'll need no less than 28 hours, and at least 2 full days to ensure you can meet client's needs.
