We are currently looking for a Senior Client Account Manager to help manage our expanding client base. With first class communication and organisation skills, the successful candidate will interact with a growing portfolio of global brands. Working alongside the creative and production teams, you will lead daily communications with UK, US and European clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage communication channels throughout discovery and launch calls with northern hemisphere clients.Work alongside our Client Campaign Manager and Chief Digital Officer to ensure complete customer satisfaction and delivery of all digital advertising campaigns.Regularly update clients on the performance of their campaigns, managing expectations and building on relationships.Compile campaign analytical reports, interpreting results and communicating to clients.Work alongside the Sales Director to develop long-term relationships and high renewal rates. To be successful at this job what do I need? Experience working in a Digital Agency/Events/Publishing environment as an Account Manager.Team-player attitude and ability to work between different parts of the company.Creative, confident communication skills (on the phone and in person).Evidence of a process-led approach to work.An analytical mindset able to interpret digital reports and communicate them effectively.Be organised and able to deal with multinational deadlines over different time zones.
