Due to expansion we are now looking for a confident and sales focussed person to join our Bath Business Centre team. Job title: Healthcare Co-ordinator Reporting to: Business Centre Manager Location: Bath, BA1 1JT Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm Salary: Up to ??17,500 per annum DOE plus potential ??4,000 bonus opportunity. You will be a confident communicator, able to multi-task and work at a fast pace while ensuring a high degree of accuracy. You will be motivated by targets and providing the highest levels of service to our clients and staff. You will liaise with clients, taking bookings and match their needs to our extensive workforce of highly trained nurses and carers, as well as making outbound calls to sell staff availability and book client visits. This is a busy role but it's great to hear the positive benefits that our staff provide to our clients, and of course our generous commission structure helps! You will need to have worked in a Sales or Customer Service role (perhaps banking or retail), in a Call or Contact Centre, as a Recruitment Consultant or a Care Co-ordinator/Supervisor. We provide full and comprehensive training, what's really important to us is that you love communicating with people, have high ethical values, are comfortable communicating effectively on the phone and have a basic knowledge of a PC (if you are reading this on line we expect you do!). You need to enjoy working in a busy office with lots of calls coming in and people to meet, and you'll enjoy selling our services to new and existing clients over the phone and face to face.
