You will be working for a highly reputable organisation who are market leaders within Health and Social Care Recruitment with a large, exclusive client base. Features and Benefits for you: This is a full time vacancy working Monday- Friday 0800-1700 Basic salary ??25-??35,000 + uncapped bonus Company Car Mobile phone and lap top Over performers incentive scheme including: Holiday for 2 to New York with an extra weeks annual leave Gym membership Extra days holiday Responsibilities Include: Maintain Safehands Recruitments service levelsManage compliments and complaints, completing all paperwork accuratelyAttend regular meetings with teams, and Senior ManagersFull responsibility for advertising through the BranchOrganise and attend client reviewsMaintain both internal and external relationshipsTrain and support all team membersEfficiently deal with client issues, monitoring clear and effective outcomesAnalysing client requirements and matching our service to meet their needsNegotiating terms of businessDevelop appropriate relationships with clientsManagement of temporary staff to ensure service delivery level is meetRecruitment and selection with strategic business planning, ensuring adequate new starters available to met the demands of the businessBranch compliancy, completing all paperwork in line with company policies and procedures, in an accurate and timely mannerWork inline with standards and regulationsTightly manage Branch budgetsTo exceed customer / client expectations in terms of service deliveryCarry out all staff performance reviews, supervisions and appraisalsInteraction internally and externally at Management levelAdministration for internal staff (employment law legislation and company policies)Communicate clear objectives to teamsMonitor and motivate teamsRecruitment and selection of internal vacanciesTo self generate appointments, conduct sales meetings and successfully saleBranch efficiencies and profitabilityHitting pre agreed, yet achievable revenue targetsHave a good working knowledge of internal business processing and systems, working with users to promote service level excellenceProvide strong and professional leadership for Branch Person Specification A proven track record as a Branch Manager is essential A proven track record in sales is essential, ideally business to business An ability to think on your feet and think creatively To be consultative in your sales approach To be a good manager of people To be able to negotiate and influence decision makers To be good at building long standing relationships within a business environment The right mindset- honest and flexible with the determination to succeed The role of a Branch Manager within Safehands is a professional Management role which can often be quite tough and demanding.
