An award-winning Catering solution company who has experienced rapid growth in the last few years have identified a fantastic new opportunity in their leadership team.

Our client is looking for a Key Account Director from a catering/hospitality background to business lead and partner with our prestige client. Your Role will demand giving equal attention to all sites and client(s). Key Account Director will be an experiences operator you will have ability to influencing, growing and developing your national key contract and be comfortable in the sales and negotiation process.

Someone who understanding current food tends to ensure a consistent approach to delivering excellent food and customer service within your clients needs. Leading and motivating a team, managing client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner, ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered, by drive food service and support service solutions that exceed new and existing customer requirements.

Experience

- Senior management experience leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver results within a food/catering/ hospitality background.
- Led the implementation of change programmes to deliver operational benefits
- Experience of working within brand guidelines to deliver results
- Experience in highly commercial and price sensitive markets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in multi-site management
- Proven track record of delivering impressive results through remote teams
- A foodie, understands food trends, seasonal food's needs.

There will be a strong focus on retail throughout your sites so this will be an essential part of your skill set.
