+ Confident communicating with various people
+ Fast learner when picking up specific skills and techniques
+ Passionate about the automotive industry and interested in working for the largest automotive manufacturer in the world
+ Process driven and happy with technical skills
+ Generally organised in the workplace
+ Qualified (City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 and above) or at least 2 years’ experience of working in workshop environment working on motor vehicles or equivalent
+ Mechanical background maybe gained in the Forces
+ A current Vehicle Technician ready for the career-move they deserve
