An exciting opportunity has arisen for an efficient and experienced Sales Administrator to support the PA/Administrative lead and National Account Managers on our Industrial team. Being an integral part of the team, you will be required to provide full administration/sales support on a number of accounts, supporting the team. This is a varied and challenging role and includes the following responsibilities:
- Managing and ensuring that all customer correspondence is dealt with in a timely manner
- Managing the full order process from order raised through to delivery, working to a critical path
- Producing photographic quotations
- Completing tender enquiries
- Dealing with all customer queries
- Drive sales
- Ad Hoc administration duties
Skills required:
- Experience in a previous Sales Administrative role
- Proven experience with managing and prioritising own work with the ability to manage multiple and changing priorities on-going
- Excellent customer service skills
- Vision to drive sales and build relationships with customers
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written with the ability to draft and proof read all documentation
- Good level of spelling and grammar
- Attention to detail
- Customer focused
This role is full time, working hours 40 hours per week, 8.30 am - 5.00 pm.
