Salary: Basic GBP16k - GBP18k + OTE GBP24,000
Must have a full UK driving licence to apply
Our client is looking for an driven and dynamic Sales Negotiator to join their busy and successful branch in the heart of Crawley.
Responsibilities:
* Registering applicants
* Generating new business through canvassing
* Booking valuations
* Arranging viewings
* Carrying out viewings
* Negotiating offers
* Liaising with Buyers and Vendors
* Liaising with solicitors right through to exchange and completion
* Obtaining instructions
* Taking photos of properties and advertising them online
The right candidate will hold a full UK driving licence and a car, have proven experience within a an estate agents with a genuine passion for property sales.
