You will join a highly thriving Corporate department who punch above their own weight with a wide and diverse range of clients with particular expertise in the manufacturing, freight, healthcare, professional services and recruitment sectors. The department boasts clients that include entrepreneurial individuals all the way through to major national corporations. The department has grown strongly in recent years and due to planned expansion is now seeking a senior solicitor.You will come from a high street or regional practice and will ideally have experience in both Corporate and Commercial matters, either in your training contract or your current caseload. This role would be suitable for candidates relocating to London who would consider working with a top regional practice close to the city.Work includes advisory and transactional matters for private businesses on a broad range of matters including sale and purchase of private companies, shareholders' agreements and supply and distribution agreements. You will also advise both employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious aspects of employment law.You will advise across various business sectors including professional services, care homes, IT and retail.
