Director of Operations

Director of Operations, Circa GBP100k plus car, bonus (circa 25%) and pension, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne My client is a major utilities business in Newcastle. They are looking for a Director of Operations to manage the business. The role will incorporate end to end general management and P&L ownership. The business operates with up to 500 people working in the field and a contact centre of some 85 staff. The Director of Operations role incorporates field engineering, contact centre, back office, stock, logistics and planning functions. We are looking for an individual who can evidence experience of managing a large and diverse management portfolio in a fast moving operation.
