Conveyancing/Post Completions Assistant
Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for a Conveyancing/Post Completions Assistant to join our client's very friendly and professional Conveyancing department. The firm is a well-respected High Street firm based in Sheffield.
Duties in this role will include;
- Providing assistance to Fee Earners with the processing of the full mix of residential conveyancing files
- Applying for searches
- Maintaining client files
- Liaising with clients, third parties and the Land Registry
- Registering properties with the Land Registry
- Handling and registering SDLTs
- Producing, screening and responding to correspondence from Lenders, the Land Registry, HMRC and other firms of Solicitors
- Sending Deeds to lenders, storage or to clients
- Dealing with client and third party queries
- Answering incoing calls
- Maintaining and updating case management systems
- General administration duties
