A full time Trainee Recruitment Consultant job, Leicester, GBP16.5k + commission, business sales, career progression working 8:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. Due to market growth we are looking for sales driven Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our successful business in Leicester. Your new role As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Hays in Leicester, you will manage the full 360?? Recruitment Consultant role. You'll be managing the end to end recruitment life cycle, helping both our clients and candidates achieve a lasting impact. You will nurture existing relationships as well as winning new business. You will be contacting candidates with expert market knowledge, advertising roles, networking, using our market leading technology to search for candidates on our database, as well as providing consultative information to your clients.
