We are looking for an experienced and target driven lettings negotiator to join a team of over 20 property specialists based in their branch near Elephant and Castle. As an office, they have exceeded targets for the last 10 years running and with more and more properties being added to their portfolio this is an excellent opportunity to join a team that will be able to push your career to all new heights.
The idea candidate will have the following:
- A minimum of 12 months' experience as a Lettings Negotiator
- A full UK Driving licence
- A proven track record of exceeding targets
- A desire to move up the career ladder
- Excellent time management skills
In return, our client can offer a generous basic salary of up to GBP18,000 per annum, realistic OTE, an additional bonus structure and either a company car or allowance. In addition, further training and development will provided as well as excellent progression opportunities.
