Trainee Recruitment Consultant - GBP20k starting basic salary + GBP40k 1st Year OTE with a three tier company car scheme and a five year directorship program.
Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role-
Recruitment is a target orientated, pressurised and demanding industry closely linked to sales. As a trainee recruitment consultant you will start your recruitment career by sourcing candidates on behalf of an existing candidate basis, working alongside an experienced team of recruitment consultants.
This is a structured trainee recruitment consultant programme and you will be given a mixture of in house and external training in order to develop your skills and experience throughout your recruitment career.
The majority of your time will be spent in the office and communicating with both clients and candidates over the phone and via email.
