The company
A very well-established manufacturing company which is currently going through significant growth, with further plans for investment throughout the next five years are currently seeking a Sales & Customer Service Manager to support their ambitious plans.
The Role:
* Manage the activities of the internal sales and customer service departments
* Ensure that the best possible customer service is delivered
* Management of key accounts for the business
* Contract review of orders
* Reporting performance to management
* Liaising with other management within the manufacturing site
* Visiting customers and ensuring satisfaction
Requirements:
* Sales and customer service management experience
* It is essential that you have experience of working within the manufacturing sector
This position may also be of interest to a Customer Services Manager, Customer Service Manager, Sales Manager, Key Account Manager
