We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Customer Communications Executive In this role, you will: Deliver key Annual Operating Plan (AOP) metrics for specific product campaigns across cards, loans, Foreign Exchange (FX), mortgages, protection, wealth, and current accountsDevelop and execute customer campaigns, work alongside interested stakeholders to create a campaign which meets all objectivesManage a number of direct reports, significant budget, and number of agency partnersWork alongside a broad range of internal colleaguesReview and recommend improvements to ongoing campaigns and embrace new ways of working as new technology comes on stream. To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: A track record of gaining an understanding of customers' needs and delivering excellent customer serviceA flexible and adaptable approach to change that will support others to respond in a similar wayBe able to work collaboratively with other colleagues and provide assistance to them when possibleProven experience of successful project management while utilizing relevant tools and techniques to ensure consistent delivery. We are required by the Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013 to create a ring-fenced bank in the UK by 1 January 2019.
