Elevation HR are currently recruiting for an Interim Learning & Development Manager for a Financial Services business based in Doncaster. This is a Learning & Development interim opportunity for 3-6 months, which could be extended or made permanent for the right candidate.The purpose of the role will be to support the business in building and delivering an effective Learning & Development agenda, which is both award winning and industry leading by focusing on brilliant work, people growth and successful careers. You will be responsible for supporting the planning, design and delivery of the talent and development strategy. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to design, deliver and facilitate training sessions across the business; coaching individuals toward high performance, and reviewing the induction process and rolling out to all departments. You will be an advocate of Learning & Development through clear communications both internally and externally, monitoring and reporting on learning effectiveness and impact upon employee engagement. The Learning & Development Manager will also contribute to the retention strategy by raising issues arising from Training analysis and providing feedback on suggesting improvements or solutions. You must have the ability to hit the ground running, be engaging, professional and focused on delivery, demonstrating a culture of continuous learning and performance across the business. Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experience: -LIBF DipFA or equivalent would be highly desirable-A minimum of 5 years Training experience, gained within financial services or professional services -Demonstrable skills in learning and development initiatives-Experience of working within a highly regulated environment-Up to date knowledge of current and leading edge learning practices-The ability to influence and inspire both internal and external stakeholdersElevation HR is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment focusing on HR & L&D positions in Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
