SALUS is looking for a Product Marketing Director to lead its team in developing products and strategies, which involves customer insight, commercial as well as technical experience.
As a Product Marketing Director, you will be the expert on the company's customers and potential customers and its competition. You have direct input on the company's current and future product ranges.
Duties of the Product Marketing Director:
- Identifying and analysing new market opportunities
- Determining optimal customer satisfaction and sales
- Directing marketing operations
- Maintain thorough understanding of the market, trends and commercial opportunities that SALUS could exploit
- You will provide guidance on key features necessary to enter new markets and/or penetrate existing markets
Requirements of the Product Marketing Director:
- Previous marketing management experience
- Knowledge and experience of the heating controls market
- First rate analytical and communication skills
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Proactive
- Commercially astute with an externally focused market driven approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with technical and sales communities with credibility.
- Flexibility to travel
