Energy Operations Supervisor

I am currently recruiting for a London based trading house. The business are one of the leaders in Energy markets trading both physical and financial products.. The role will supervise a team within energy operations

Supervisory duties include appraisals, day to day management of staff and assisting with the re-engineering processes. The role will be supervising the OTC settlements and contracts team and will involve some hands on processing for more complex queries. This is great opportunity for those wanting to go into a growing industry with one of the market leaders

The successful candidate will have 3-4 years experience in supervising/managing a team. Candidates must have 5yrs+ experience of gas and/or power operations.
