Salary: £60k - £65k dependant on experience OTE £120k - £130k, pension, + healthcare

Our client is a leader in the provision of IT and Business Training to organisations across the globe. They are one of the largest training providers in the world, employing more than 2000 people worldwide, having a customer base of more than 10,000 and offering over 1 billion varieties of learning modules.
Due to relocating their sales team from Germany to the UK, they now have an opportunity for you to join their sales team as a Regional Key Account Manager. This role will allow you to work from home around 70% of the time, with 30% travel to Germany to meet with new and existing clients in order to win new business and close deals.
The role of Regional Key Account Manager will allow you to win new business and develop existing accounts within the German market and set face-to-face meetings with business leaders and then attend those meetings.
Regional Key Account Manager - Key Responsibilities
- Win new business and develop existing accounts within the German market
- Work independently and with business development resources to identify, qualify and close new business
- Set-face-to-face meetings with business leaders
- Develop, maintain and grow an ongoing sales pipeline
- Manage the sales process from initial client contact through to closing a deal
- Travel to Germany
In order to be considered for the Regional Key Account Manager position you must be fluent in German due to this role exclusively handling the company’s German accounts. You must also have experience in either a technology-orientated field or training solutions, have 5 years proven track record in a sales position and a proven history of achieving or overachieving against targets.
