Our client has been a provider of IT products and solutions for over thirty years. With two offices they employee over 50 full time staff and service small and medium businesses throughout the UK. To support the Sales Administration manager in delivery of their role and to provide reception duties, both face to face and by delivering an efficient telephone answering service and to ensure that general housekeeping requirements are met. Primary Responsibilities Answering and logging incoming phone calls Providing reception services for visitors Handling incoming and outgoing post Filing customer correspondence and sales orders Receiving and processing service reports Processing software licencing renewals Reviewing and monitoring service contracts Scheduling resources Maintaining stock control Printing and binding marketing material Assisting with procurement and purchase ordering Processing orders for consumables and office supplies (including the kitchen) To express your interest in this position please forward a copy of a current CV together with a covering email stating: Current (and required) salary Notice Period Other Benefits Availability for Interview Any holiday commitments
