This will be primarily a sales role and the speed at which you can earn equity outside of buying it directly will be related to the amount revenue and profit you can generate.REQUIREMENTS - Managing Director* You MUST have a proven track record as a Managing Director / Sales Director within the PPMA industry (process & packaging machinery) having worked with/sold to the personal healthcare or food or pharmaceutical markets.* You MUST be prepared to invest (and be able to access) ??150,000 to ??200,000 into the business in the first 2 or 3 years.* You WILL be a qualified mechanical or electrical/electronic engineer and will be hard-working, honest & ethical.* This opportunity will really suit someone who hankers after running their own company but doesn't want to start with a clean sheet of paper but instead wants to grow an established business with the active support of the current owner.PROSPECTS:Are, by definition, superb as you will be working towards sole ownership within 3 years of starting.THE COMPANY:A well-established supplier of packaging & process machinery supplying the personal healthcare, food and pharmaceutical markets.
