Our client is a leader in the provision of IT and Business Training to organisations across the globe. They are one of the largest training providers in the world, employing more than 2000 people worldwide, having a customer base of more than 10,000 and offering over 1 billion varieties of learning modules.

Due to relocating their sales team from Germany to the UK, they now have an opportunity for you to join their Inside Sales team as an Inside Sales Manager. This role will be working as part of the Inside Sales function for the organisation and will have a key focus on winning new business and growing existing accounts within the German market.

The role of Inside Sales Manager will see you coach, mentor and motivate the team of Inside Sales Executives, as well as leading from the front by winning new business and developing existing accounts within the German market.

Inside Sales Manager - Key Responsibilities

- Coaching, mentoring and motivating the Inside Sales Executive team

- Assist in recruiting and training to grow and maintain the sales team

- Formulate and execute quarterly sales plans

- Identify large opportunities with potential clients

- Develop new business opportunities within existing customers and new accounts

In order to be considered for the Inside Sales Manager position you must be fluent in German due to this role exclusively handling the company’s German accounts. You must also have experience of leading a sales team, sales experience in either a technology-orientated field or training solutions, as well as having 3-5 years proven track record in a sales position.
