Our Client, A Fire Protection Company based in the wirral are seeking national mobile Alarm Service Engineers to work on commercial alarms on site at Blue Chip companies in and around High Wycombe / North London The role will involve business to business commercial servicing only and will require good technical know how and good communication and interpersonal skills. Overview - Mon to Friday - schedule own work, plan own routes, manage own time. Overtime not required. Call Out rota - Paid GBP100 per call out plus double time door to door. 1 in 14 Average bonus is GBP1000 - GBP1500 per month across the company. Van and Tools provided Opportunities long term to progress MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Servicing of equipment to recognised standards Prioritising workload to meet customer requirements with particular regard being given to emergency call outs. In working Hours only Ensuring work allocated is carried out in most efficient and cost effective manner Looking for and identifying commercial opportunities and ensuring that these are developed either by own actions or by passing information on to the Service Manager or Sales Force as appropriate Ensuring all paperwork / documentation is completed legibly and returned to required timescales Working closely with the Service Manager and attending team meetings with the Service Manager and other Engineers to keep abreast of developments, product changers and any other information important to the role.
