Foundation Phase TA - Full Time - Colwyn Bay

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Primary School in the Colwyn Bay area for a Teaching Assistant to work in the Foundation Phase.

This full time position will start on Friday 28th April and continue for 5 weeks. You will start at 8:45 and finish at 3:15, Monday to Friday.

Previous experience of working in a Primary School is essential, preferably with experience of working within the Foundation Phase.

Your role and responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and assisting Teachers deliver their lessons
• Promoting good behaviour/ managing challenging behaviour
• Aiding pupils in their learning as effectively as possible
• Helping children with special educational needs
• Providing feedback on learning and development to the teacher
• Creating and maintaining an orderly and supportive learning environment
• Administrative tasks
