Recovery Navigator - Assessment and Recovery

Our client is a leading provider in Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire & Bath and North-east Somerset, providing support, care and psychological services to people with mental health and other related support needs, to enable them to fulfil their hopes and ambitions.

Job Title: Recovery Navigators - Assessment and Recovery

The company have a full time position, for 37 hours per week, within central Bristol.

The ideal candidate will have mental health experience as they will provide a wide range of interventions to assist people, during a period of acute mental health crisis, with daily health, social care and wellbeing needs, building resilience and connecting into community resources.

You will need to take a holistic view, with a recovery and psychologically informed approach.

If you are innovative, have 2 years' experience of mental health in a support role, this job could be for you. Please note you must hold a current full driving license or full motorbike license and access to a vehicle.
