Our client is Liverpool City Regions’ transport body that helps people access opportunities across the region. The Customer and Business Development Team are a professional driven team who work collaboratively internally and with external partners to provide information and marketing around transport and the attractions - Mersey Ferries, Spaceport, U-Boat Story and Tunnel Tours.

They are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to assist in the design, delivery and monitoring of customer information and marketing across digital channels and platforms. Working 35 hours, Monday to Friday the successful candidate will be based at the Head Office, Mann Island, Liverpool.

Supporting the Marketing Development Officers, the Marketing Development Assistant will be responsible for managing the digital content and assist with the ongoing development of the company's websites; providing customers with up to date and easy to digest online transport and attractions information. The postholder will assist in the delivery of information and marketing through social media channels, digital advertising and email/database marketing and other digital marketing communications. All activities should ensure creative, message and brand is consistently applied to a high standard.

Experience of working in a results orientated marketing environment, across multiple digital platforms, including social media, is essential. Familiarity with customer relationship and content management systems and web editing is required.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills with a proven track record of being able to influence and co-ordinate people and resources.
