Currently seeking an IT Systems and Networking Apprentice with great customer service, working for a North Bristol professional Computer Repair Shop. Working alongside engineers who have over 20 years experience within the profession and a big part of the local community. Assessing, repairing and maintaining PC's and Laptops.Giving IT support solutions to small Businesses in and around the Bristol area.
Responsibilities of the IT Systems & Networking Apprentice:
As an IT systems and Networking Apprentice you shall be working in conjunction with proprietor of the Business. The job will consist of the following responsibilities:
- Booking in Laptops and PC's
- Serving Customers
- Repairing Laptops/PC's
- Local Networking
- Taking Telephone Calls
Requirements of the IT Systems & Networking Apprentice:
- 3 x GCSE's at grades A-C in any subject plus GCSE English and Maths at grade D or above.
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to dismantle Laptops/PC's (training provided)
Salary & Benefits:
- Potential for permanent full time role at the end of the apprenticeship.
- ??150.00 Per Week
- Mon-Fri 9.30am-6pm (2 Saturday's per month with day off in the week)
