BIM Co-ordinator
Melbreck are working with UK Leading PLC who specialise in Construction and Building Services.
They are constantly seeing growth within all of the sectors they are involved in, particularly in Design and as such are looking to recruit for a BIM Co-ordinator.
The role would an experienced BIM co-ordinator or a very good CAD Technician who is looking to take the next step in their career.
The role will be to supportmy clientthrough actively participating in the development and/or use of Building Information Models for both pre-construction (including winning work) and construction phases.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of BIM through all stages of a project.
- Author and evaluate 3D Building Information Models.
- Support the overall delivery of BIM on projects.
- Support team members on their use and understanding of BIM processes and associated software.
Essential skills and qualifications:
- Adept in the use of Autodesk Revit, with a proven experience in project delivery
- Able to demonstrate a broader understanding of BIM or desire to progress understanding in this area
