Salary: £8.80ph

As a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Sales Advisor -you will have experience within a face to face customer service environment with experience of selling products. You will be confident when dealing with customers and have excellent communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deal effectively with sales enquiries from customers over the telephone and face to face, advising and selling the range of available products and services to potential and existing customers
- Maximise every sales enquiry to ensure the store hits its target
- Complete all administrative tasks to ensure compliance with company procedures
- Dealing with debt management of customer accounts
- General housekeeping and maintenance of the store
Who are we looking for?
The successful Customer Service Advisor will have gained experience at a similar level in the retail or sales sectors. You will be confident, flexible, a team player, possess strong selling and communication skills and have a good knowledge of MS Office. Ideally, you'll be located within 30 minutes travelling time of the store.

The store operates from 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 8.30am to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm. You will work at the work end on a rotational basis which will be 1 in 3 weekends.
