ou will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking and the presentation of food with the aim to delivering an excellent customer experience along with undertaking all reasonable duties as assigned by the head chef.

You must have basic cooking skills and have the desire to learn new ones. You will have a good working attitude and enjoy the buzz of working in a busy kitchen environment. Your apprenticeship will enable you to be part of team who are creating new and exciting around the world dishes.

Good performance will lead to bonuses as a reward for hard work, commitment and reliability.

As part of this apprenticeship you will work towards an industry wide recognised NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery. The training will be delivered in the form of work based learning and will include functional skills.

You will be responsible for:
•Preparing, cooing and presenting food to company specification.
•Keep the kitchen clean, tidy and hygienic at all times.
•Work safely around kitchen equipment and monitor and deal with any maintenance issues.
•Keep up to date with new products, menus and promotions.
•Adhere to company policies and procedures and licensing laws.
•Be involved and contribute at all team meetings.
•Carry out instructions as given by management
